Plant Quality Engineer Job Description

 What you´ll do

• Perform internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards and safety protocols in manufacturing processes
• Lead customer audits, facilitating clear communication and resolving any identified concerns effectively
• Apply six sigma methodologies to optimize processes and minimize defects
• Interface with customers regarding any issues they may have

 

What makes you a good fit For Plant Quality Engineer Job

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in quality of manufacturing industry is required
• Excellent command of MS office is required
• Good communication in English is required and Korean is must
• Experience in customer audit management and root cause analysis are required
• Knowledge of quality management systems, IATF 16949, safety standards in manufacturing, and/or six sigma methodologies is preferred
• Open minded, collaborative, and good interpersonal skill
